Every Faithful Friends Pet Sitting team member is background-checked, insured, and trained to care for pets of all temperaments — from shy cats to energetic puppies. We follow your instructions that are detailed in our pet portal closely and treat your home and pets as if they were our own.

Your pet’s well-being always comes first. If something unexpected happens, we’ll contact you right away. We will discuss with you the options and head to your preferred veterinarian or the nearest emergency clinic. Our team stays calm, acts quickly, and keeps you updated every step of the way — so you can rest easy knowing your pet is in capable, loving hands.

Absolutely! After each dog walking or pet sitting visit, you’ll receive a message with notes and adorable photos from our time together. Whether it’s a happy tail wag or a sleepy cuddle, these updates help you feel connected — even when you’re away. We want to be your pets Faithful Friend when you are away.

We take your trust seriously. We ask that you provide us with a key in a secured lockbox on your property with an emergency key hidden somewhere and notated in your pet profile. Keys will be placed back into the lockbox after each visit and code scramble. If you have an electronic keypad or garage code to gain access to your home we ask there be an emergency key placed somewhere in case we need it. Your privacy and your pet’s safety are always protected.

Yes! Faithful Friends Pet Sitting LLC is fully insured and bonded for your peace of mind. This ensures that your home and pets are protected every time we provide care — it’s one of the many ways we show our commitment to professionalism and trust.

Yes — and we love them! We’re experienced in caring for senior pets, anxious pets, and those requiring medication or insulin administration. We will go over in detail how you administer the medication as well as have it detailed in your pet profile. We’re patient and gentle, making sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for.

Each visit includes more than just the basics. We provide fresh water, feeding (if needed), potty breaks, playtime, walks, and lots of affection. We also take care of small tasks like bringing in mail, watering plants, rotating blinds and lights and taking your trash to the curb. This will help you truly relax while you’re away.

Yes! For pets who prefer company through the night, we offer overnight pet sitting in Cary, Apex, Holly Springs and Fuquay, NC. Your pet stays cozy in their familiar environment while we handle dinner, walks, and bedtime routines. It’s the next best thing to you being home. We also offer the Bedtime Buddy option for those pet parents who do not need the overnight, but would like more time spent with their pets in the evening and in the morning.

We proudly serve Cary, Apex, Holly Springs and Fuquay-Varina communities. If you’re just outside our main area, please reach out — we’ll do our best to accommodate you or recommend another trusted sitter.

We’ll visit your home, meet your pets, go over your pet profiles that you completed, and answer any questions you may have. From there we will get your services set up. From the first visit on, you’ll know your pets are loved and cared for — just like family. We will be your pets Faithful Friend when you cannot be!
